I have taken a small position in this this. $2.4m Capex for a $180m+ NPV project is very lean and will require a tiny cap raise and for a MC <$15m is very tasty. Break-even operating price is >50% below the current prevailing market price for megnesite DSO.
Feasibility study looks solid on the face of it. 5m depth orebody is very shallow with contractors brought in for quarrying and DSO shipped to Asian export markets. No capex outlay required for mining equipment or for processing operations.
Overall, the project looks economically attractive and technically feasible.
Reference: I have a background in mining engineering.
