Totally understand your concerns. I am cautious, but willing to wait and see.

My issue is with the TL government.

Not so much with the Indonesian government - they are more pragmatic and business friendly.

The TL government is left leaning and suspicious of all things to do with capitalism. They were the ones (previous TL gov) who held up development of Sunrise for more than a decade.

Lets hope they turned the corner.

This maritime border agreement TL signed is a good start - lets hope they continue down the path of being investment friendly.


In any case, I will wait for the PSC (Production Sharing Contract) details before I make a judgement on whether there are sovereign risks in relation to Buffalo.
