BOARD CHANGES
The Board of Caeneus Mineral Limited Ltd ('CAD' or the 'Company') advises that Mr Steven Elliott has resigned as Managing Director of the Company for personal reasons, with immediate effect. The Executive Services Agreement through which Mr Elliott was appointed as Managing Director has been terminated (with immediate effect) by agreement between the Company and Mr Elliott.
To assist the Company in the interim whilst it seeks to appoint a new managing director, the Board is pleased to announce that Mr Chris Zielinski has been is appointed as Non-Executive Director.
Mr Zielinski is a corporate lawyer with over 10 years’ experience and is a partner in the West Australian corporate law firm, Nova Legal. Mr Zielinski predominately advises on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, regulatory compliance and commercial transactions in the resources and technology sectors. Mr Zielinski graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia with degrees in Law and Commerce (Finance), is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia.
The Board believes Mr Zielinski’s appointment to be timely in assisting the Company with the finalisation of the current court proceedings and the Company’s ongoing Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance.
Please find attached an Appendix 3X for Mr Zielinski, and an Appendix 3Z for Mr Elliott.
The Board thanks Mr Elliott for his contribution to the Company.
