Yes I am very well. MUS is a very difficult company to predict. On the face of it would seem near impossible that MUS will raise over $2 million given the "successes" of the last year and shambles of the last few weeks, but it is a frothy time in the market and vanadium is all the rage so who knows.

How hard MUS has been pushing this raise is more of a concern. With $20 million supposedly coming in from Arena why the desperate need to raise before any real news? It makes me wonder how solid Arena's support really is.
