You are pretending that there is no difference between the product offerings of EatClub and ShoutBack. The big difference, as you well know, is that Shout has video.

We'll have to see how Shout goes - they've only been trading for one day and you've already written them off. If the consumer likes the video component not only will Shout do better, but businesses will notice the difference that a short professional video makes to their image, and demand for BIG videos will grow through this angle.

Also when the BIG app gets fully under way, patrons will be able to post their own video reviews. I don't know if that will also be linked to the Shout app but it's possible that there will be some synergy there.

It's pretty much a no-lose for BIG. If Shout does not do so well then I don't think it will affect BIG that much; if Shout does do well then BIG will gather another avenue to collect customers.

I like the Shout concept; I wish them well.
