I didnt even know that existed, They must've stole my idea lol.
I just saw the intro Video on BrickX and they say they buy a Property and divide it into 10,000 Bricks, so a 1m property divides into bricks of 100 bucks each,
So if the property was 927k, those bricks are $92.70c each.. So thats like a buy and rent out type of thing.
I was thinking on a Completely different line of thinking, for property Development Capital Sourcing.
