I own a block of units at Kelvin Grove, it is 900m2 block.
I bought a house at West End due to lifestyle reasons. I thought I paid to much for such an old little house. The block is around 300m2 and it is going to cost me around $750 000 for the 4 bed room house. It is in a good location and it's walking distance to Brisbane State High School. Your comments will be appreciated.
