They didn't only accept a bid and recommend share holders follow suit.
They signed up to a 'no due diligence clause'. If my understanding is correct that is not in share holders interests and that is probably brought about by an even bigger conflict of interest.
They have analyst valuations of the current operation far in excess of the offer.
They are only weeks away from having a gold operation permitted which would have been targeting 150,000 ounces a year from every conversation I've ever had with them. and in production next year.
Who mines a 3,000,000 plus ounce resource near surface and great grades with a a target of 100k a year for 10 years. Give me a break.
"Upside of owning 7% of OZL equity " means we are in for 7% of the upside of which we currently own 100%.
