    An impressive information update.
    Chinese controls are only allowing money out of country for foreign fully approved projects.
    Iron Road has received last major approval ie shipping component of CEIP.

    I assume this refers to the worry about bulk carriers colliding with whales which was the final approval IRD was awaiting.

    I therefore anticpate a timely announcement soon.
