RCR and UGL are much more experienced EPC contractors so it’s no wonder they know how to price the works better than DCG.
I also see that SRG and Georgiou have announced a roads JV in the last couple of days. SRG teamed with Decmil on the little Elizabeth Quay bridge but appeared to have moved on.
