Ann: Response to ASX Query Letter, page-42

I called Stephen Buckley (Company Sec) a moment ago. He said that the ASX are doing their due diligence across a wide range of companies, due to increased focus since recent incidents surrounding market sensitive announcements and MOU's (GSW). The ASX asked the questions, the company responded and the ASX are satisfied with the responses, hence the release of announcement this afternoon from ASX. Nothing to be worried about here. Smart money realises this was nothing, just formality. Stop losses triggered, bargain hunters mopped them up. Standard day on the market. Well done to those that bought the Boxing Day sale. Once the penny drops here, announcement after announcement will come. Nothing changes. It will be a $1.00+ stock soon. Patience shall be rewarded. All IMO and DYOR.
