It’s what they have said on the presentation, I would say though it’s generic.

Looking at what has happened to AVB and the months and months of sp manipulation, as their deal would no doubt have been sealed months ago. A deal like this doesn’t happen overnight. I just hope we don’t go down the same path. Seems like the AVB BOD have sold out their SH.

Just on the weekend a broker put out a buy with a target of 22c. The general consensus I am getting on their thread is a lot of the long term holders are pissed off and rightly so. A lot bought in double the offer price years back when AVB had nothing.

It’s obvious our sp is being manipulated for some sort of VWAP to coincide with a TO price, seen it a million times before. Then they come out saying “TO price is a premium of....” no S#$@ Sherlock, it’s all been orchestrated.

Everyone thought the BOD of AVB were good blokes LOL there is no such thing as good blokes in big business especial when there is multi million dollar pay days.

I truely pray we get a fair and reasonable offer if a TO presents itself that is good for SH’s not just the BOD golden handshake.
