It sounds like there is a good chance of some sort of agreement with Shandong soon.

If I was on the AUL board, I would be pushing towards getting ownership of 100% of ROD like boz has been saying...

The best and most effective way IMO would be to offer Shandong about 500 Million shares at say 0.008 - 1 cents each in order to raise 5 Million ish.

AUL would get the funding they needed
AUL would get the Ownership of 100% of ROD
Shandong though their 5 Million investment would own about 30% of AUL....

Win for AUL shareholders as we would have cash
WIN for Shandong as they get a big piece of AUL PLUS the SP would most like double overnight to the value of their 5 million investment would see a quick reward.
