ok, my take on your issues....

the fy report is intended to be a report for the year ended 30/6/2007! it is not intended to be read as a report up until october 2007. so of course by 30/6/2007 MPS had not paid the money!!!!

as for directors not buying script i must admit that i myself an not FULLY satisfied with the answer given by management. they have had months to buy script if they so wished - it is difficult to believe that they have been holding "price sensitive information" for all these months when the sp has range traded from 4c to 6c ps, 99% of the time. so i do concede that i would like to see directors buying stock on market!!!

however having said that i do not disregard their explanation. they say they are happy with the options they hold and that is all the incentive they need! and it is quite plausable that given the ongoing negotiations surrounding various pilots they have in place at present there may be "knowledge" that we are all unaware of.

regardless it is clear to me that nick sikiotis and his team are genuine, hard working people that are doing their best for the company and its shareholders. it is also quite possible that these guys all have families, mortgages and other commitments etc, and it is a fact that they are not on million $$$ salaries, perhaps they simply are not in the position to be entrepreneurs and go buying tons of stock in the company.

i am happy with the state of affairs at present and continue to believe that zyl is undervalued. i have no intention of selling any time soon.
