Ho hum regulation announcement re convertible note out today from Fintronics. Nothing out of the normal except for one thing....

"As at the date of this announcement, the directors of the Company are as follows:

Executive Directors Mr. Sze Wai, Marco, Mr. Chu Chi Shing, Mr. Robert Kenneth Gaunt, Mr. Robertus Martinus Andreas Broers, Mr. Song Jing Sheng and Mr. Tan Shu Jiang"

It was on the 27th Dec that Fintronics had asked Broers and Gaunt to leave the board....looks like they're still there.

I presume they will have to call an EGM to oust them, but that might just provoke a spill the other way. Interesting times.
