Apparently they have well established uranium projects in QLD and SA. They were formed as a spin off of SMC's uranium assets. Does that mean they are still part of SMC and will any ann's etc affect the price of SMC?
The ann goes on to include an amendment of SMC's vendor consideration from 40mil shares to 20mil. Can someone explain this to me?
The plan was to have them listed by end of 2007 - they are on the stock market but no shares traded??
Successful listing will enable the Company undertake a program of exploration and assessment of the uranium potential of the Queensland and South Australian tenements in the early part of 2008.
