LMCH versus BRL & ors., page-2

I would like to say thank you as this is an excellent, well informed, post. A full story (aka both sides - not listening to one side then rushing off to sell), that is well explained and truly open minded. It seems my comment about Tuesday maybe not being so flash for LMCH was sort of correct. To me it seems quite obvious that LMCH, who could have sued years ago I believe, are getting desperate, it just does not help the contract BRL signed at the time doesn't appear to be very 'water tight' (because if it was, there wouldn't be this dispute). While the court case outcome is far from clear (well in my view it should be pretty clear cut), what is clear is the market is pricing in a near full hit. What Mr Market seems to have forgotten about while being to caught up in the court case (it would seem) is the strong fundamentals and underlying position BRL is in.

Share price reaction, what ever the outcome is, will be interesting.​
