Hi all,
What sort of things should I look for when looking at the market depth? I always thought that you added up the total of the first 5 on either side and whichever was greater was a reasonable guess of the stock's direction. Yet some of the very popular stocks seem to have more sellers and yet they go up in price.
Or a stock has very small volume and goes up. An example was one that had 90,000 vol and a 10% price increase. What determines how strong the volume is in determining the likely movement of the price?
