Hi DB et al.,

@Kfann (one of the lions of deeper intel) had found the reference to the indemnification in an October 2016 SEC filing and posted the find to the forum. I had seen it somewhere else once (some press release, analysis, announcement, or media write-up), and then I could never find it again... just gone... like it never existed.

But it can't be made to disappear from SEC filings.

I will hope and trust that Kfann will not mind me providing a link (see below) to said post.
