A glimpse into how the people who make the market move play -
As at the end of February 2018, MM Asset, on behalf of MMCAP, exercised control and
direction over:
(a) 64,586 Shares;
(b) 10,989,000 common share purchase warrants (each, a “January Warrant”) of
the Issuer. Each January Warrant is exercisable for one Share at a price of $2.30
on or before January 31, 2020; and
(c) 31,800 common share purchase warrants (each, a “December Warrant”) of the
Issuer. Each December Warrant is exercisable for one Share at a price of $1.09
on or before December 14, 2020,
representing approximately 6.96% of the Issuer’s 148,276,302 outstanding Shares as
reported by the Issuer in its interim financial statements for the second quarter ended
December 31, 2017, calculated on a partially diluted basis.
From what I can gather, these guys are HVTs largest holder (ex MMJ) and it appears they've already dumped the shares from the last bought deal.
