I have had a read of the plan rules (attached) and they are very clear in Clause 1 that the "Price Determination Period" means the period determined by the Board, being a period of not less than 10 Business Days (commencing before or after the relevant Record Date, as determined by the Board). So I'd suggest there hasn't been an error, and the overlap of the price determination period (to Record Date) probably has come about due to non-ASX trading days surrounding Easter. Also, 5% is 5%. It will still be a 5% discount to the VWAP over that period.
