that is incorrect

the Annual report published on the 30th of October stated the money was not paid.

It is the "audited" accounts and ZYL stated on page 40 or 43 the money as of this date had not been paid.

which meant the promisorry notes were not honored on the dates set out in the schedule.

please refer to the audited annual report page 40 or 43 in PDF


and if the money has been received it was after the 30th of October and its important to know IF and WHEN it was

on the issue of directors being able to buy,you are also incorrect

Directors can buy shares at anytime in companies subject to a number of simple provisions such as news being released etc.

The Directors could have been buying today but the Directors of ZYL have not bought a single share.

Indeed the Director Julian Dinsdale resigned and the major shareholder sold his entire position in ZYL at its previous highs in 2007!

It is an important issue along with the revenue situation of ZYL.

The upcoming quarterly will give a better overview but on their last quarterly they are burning through close to $1m per quarter.
