It would be nice to hear from the company about how they plan to proceed with this issue. If they outlined some of their options it would go a long way.

If we look at the entire strategic battleground over there including the variety of Govt interests, the anti-fracking community and of course ourselves, this might be an issue we are willing to concede on. - by doing so it is a display of how willing we are to address community concerns. ...so long as we still have options available to us.

Bottom line: There's no way this issue affects the project in the LT. It might add costs (transport & submissions) but as long as the company can manage it.
