He would be a satisfactory appointment in my view, partly because he made a motza from selling his old company and would need to be motivated by solid future prospects in OBJ to take on this role now, when he could easily just retire, or semi-retire, in wealth and comfort.

He bought some shares on-market and has had time for a thorough examination of what is underway and may be excited about the future and his ability to bring it about.
