i have been to site the n2 was started 7 months ago ,MRC is a matter of time the wheels of motion are in play it is called polotics ,election coming up ,nelson mandela homeland impoverished, no industry ,no jobs,no school ,no hospitals ,etc needs a big industry ,MRC has a good answer,it will happen but i would focus on TORMIN this is a very rich zircon goer & puts MRC on a pe of 4 CHEAP with huge upside of xolobinnie .i have mine since 15 cents around $1 will think of selling.
