Someone should make a very conditional takeover bid, contingent on proof of said cash. Company would then be forced to prove it I imagine, whether in accepting or rejecting the offer, no?
I do want to thank @Aftermath2017 for the summary - even if a lot of the responses delivered still leave me doubtful at best.
On a separate note, and as I raised elsewhere here, the online registrar was having issues with its proxy votes showing they counted for zero while the stock has been in suspension - despite alerting this, I received no indication this concern was addressed - but even then, I feel we are all still small fry here and it would have hardly mattered.
