Imo Magnis and C4V have had a verbal agreement for a very long time. The news today was probably more for the people who will be covering Magnis soon, Insto's looking to get in or car makers wanting to buy batteries.
Now Steve if Magnis was to supply a car maker with batteries you might want to email Magnis before the news gets out and the deal is done and let them know why you think it is a bad idea.
