If there was no underlying significance to this visit, today's announcement would be a little strange, particularly given there is no explanation as to why our partners are paying the visit. The lack of explanation suggests there is something bigger to this, however it's too early to say.

One theory - Approvals aren't 100% complete, yet there is fair guidance relating to the timing of approval. The guidance is enough to plan a visit from our partners (perhaps for signing?), however given the level of uncertainty and significance of the information, it would not be unwise for management to show the whole picture.
