Not if the employee hasn't been walked from an existing appointment or is incommunicado and has contractually asked for his name to be withheld for a period of time..... or the further information isnt something that qualifies the initial statements regarding funds so time is needed to " massage" the message. It's only my opinion remember. .. could be anything really.
