I disagree.
Online is certainly not their strength although there is potential to improve this, I'd say the current board should look for people with competency in this area. MYR point of difference should probably be quality product and service.Fully online would mean shut the doors metaphorically and literally.
Prices for online sales may be cheaper but not necessarily hassle free? If, for example, your item(s) of clothing or electronic goods are incorrect, faulty or not fit for purpose, good luck with the hassle free claim.
