This has been the typical action SVL has taken for many moons now. This leaves shareholders guessing as obviously the dilution effects the SP even when Silver rises. Bowdens no doubt is interesting but the time taken to get this far has drained the bank balances. This CR obviously has not attracted the intended interest. Might be time new thoughts with new people entered the fray to benefit shareholders.
