How does one submit a takeover bid? Say, $50m bid, conditional upon prior receipt of latest quarterly cash balance of $61m in one's bank account
If this was such the money spinner that it claims to be, surely the likes of A2M or BAL would have knocked on their doors already to diversify their own China offering
