I have no doubt that the actions of the past CHM directors were very shifty and believe CHM have a claim against them, not that it would be worth much as I think they are only likely to recover the tiny quantities of money involved back then.
As for MMX and crosslands - I cannot see that they can be held accountable for the actions of the others - they were not a perpetrator of the actions. The only way CHM would get a slice of the action would be as a punitive award against MMX/crosslands - and as these companies have not actually done anything wrong themselves then I don't see that happening.
As for this being a vexatious claim - that is obviously a rhetorical question!
