A CO2 supply will be tough but will pin the ears back on the SP if such an agreement transpires. A JV is very possible where a debt financed facility may be an option to perhaps intiate waterflood operations as a prelude to to implementiung CO2 recovery ala Rancher (?). Andarcko are mostly using their CO2 for their own purposes. At $100 now, all tertiary secotrs of EOR will come under further scrutiny. Takes vision IMO and is a strong hold for me in 2008 and the decimal point could shift very quickly if the cards fall ELK's way.
