What looks too much like an attempted deception for it not to be one - courtesy of FAS's dubious deposits - unashamedly continues from the FAS camp.
FAS can throw in as many "sweeteners" as it likes ..even a 100 FAS for 1 GWR scrip offer - but GWR sees FAS for what it is - and that is a company with "dubious unproven deposits".
Until FAS have a JORC resource next to any of the deposits .. forget it.
If the FAS deposits are as good as it makes them out to be - why arent they in a JORC category?? .. and what does that say about FAS management ?
So on 2 counts .. 1. dubious deposits and/ or 2. dubious FAS management..
... why would GWR want to be part of it?
A cash offer - with no scrip - is the only honest way for FAS to bid for GWR - $4 a GWR share plus for starters.
So what looks like an attempted deception will cost FAS more at the end .. as GWR moves to JORC 100MT and starts a BFS. The GWR resource is growing and remains open and the GWR project is moving ahead - unlike FAS - blind Freddy can see that.
FAS's underestimation of GWR shareholders shows a complete lack of intelligence by FAS and for the takeover to succeed will ultimately cost FAS more in the end - in real dollars not dubious scrip.
