I haven't undestood what Marxbro - any company that owns 25% and above will play a significant part in the companies future - so one should get used to it - as the % increases so will control.

Eliminating Rudd, willo and Markopolous is not as bright as it seems asthe constitution requires independent directors - the last time I looked Falak was not independent.
if FAS don't achieve control Classic may take out FAS - then the combined companies will have a crack at GWR - this will happen - my new years prediction was GWR will no longer exist - better to work out now rather than drag on for months.
