LML are still waiting for the Program for Environment Protection and Rehabilitation (PEPR) approval. They were asked for more information (see their company reports). Once approved, LML should become a graphite producer. And purely speculation on my part, hopefully a change of government, will help LML get their approval and the $$$ to build a mine. (If I'm right, this will help all the companies along the Eyre Peninsula). And finally, once the market gets over the current fad - cobalt - will its focus turn to graphite?
