There’s been a damning senate report published into the pelvic mesh debacle.

A couple of takeaways
* its estimated that it may take 12 months for a ruling on the class action with Shine’s cut of any damages paid presumably hitting cashflow either in the FY19 or HY20 report
* Slater and Gordon is getting in on the action and looking into raising a class action against other manufacturers
