Some people fall in love with their stocks, and if somebody puts it down its like putting down their mother. Investors who can't separate their emotions often do very poorly. On these boards, its the critics and linkers who provide value, the fanboys are a waste of time. In this game, those with clear, intelligent, analytical minds get rich off of fearful, emotional, and easily thrown off center snowflakes.
