Hi Red. Never been and I have no desire to go, save for possibly Egypt, North Africa and a few countries in the far south.
I am not an ivory tower idealist and realize that civil war is possible.
"Imposition" can have a large range of coercive and repressive measures in it. I realize the political and social situation is chaotic and do not expect a soft "imposition" would accomplish anything. IMO there is a real danger of an intractable proxy war with outside powers funding different factions, leading to murder of innocents.
Even if outside powers stay out there is danger. Millions of people have already been slaughtered in Sub-Saharan Africa in recent decades. All I meant to say was that large interests are involved, and the situation is uncertain.
