EMH said after the March move of the Czech state that the potential mining of lithium at Cínovka is continuing, it has a preferential right to mining at the site. This claim, despite the cancellation of the memorandum, was confirmed by the Ministry of Industry. "The right of priority mining is unrelated to the Memorandum dealing with cooperation in the extraction, processing and sale of this product," the resort said. Analysts who addressed the CTK considered the expulsion of the memorandum as a political gesture.
