Do we as a country ,need to further enhance our limited proportional representation voting model, towards the german- kiwi model, to fully enfranchise all voters?
Is the commonwealth omelette, past its use by date?, in an ideal situation a state should be able to raise, or even lower its interest rates as the local economy dictates, this under the current model, cant be done, the nation as a whole is the loser as a consequence of this in my view.
Should there be a minimum adoption of all white papers produced, ie 50 percent uptake of all white papers?, many a good policy hasn't been adopted because of ownership in my view.
Should the government of the day be able to hide its own initiated reports?, I say no.
