Best not to read too much into things and speculate, but if the have been testing at several stages of the chip build to make sure everything is up to spec, then what testing will be done on the delivered chip? And if, that's if, it passed tests along the production line, can we feel confident in the delivered chip?
Still, best to just wait until the company provides more info
