I made good money on AVB, when I was a shareholder. Not retirement rich, but triple my annual salary as a toilet cleaner. I am sure other astute investors did too.

But I never believe the spruik of the company. Or any other company unless the spruik is consistently backed by facts.

AVB had MANY false starts over the years. And dubious mgmt from the early days that later sold out. TP’s commitment and leadership saw it through to production and beyond. Overall he deserves applause IMO.
