I find it bizarre and a little negligent that Glaucus' team of experts didn't spend an hour pulling up the disclosures of other ASX-listed alternative asset managers to check whether "assets under management" is generally defined as gross assets (including debt) or equity (excluding equity). In my experience and understanding, it's usually the former. I suspect Glaucus' lack of understanding here stems from them being US-based - in the US the latter definition is usually used.
For those who think BLA is going to zero or even going to hit Glaucus' target price of $2.66 - please contact me personally as I'd be interested in buying off market as much BLA at $2.67 as my circumstances allow.
