Ann: Syntonic signs first DataFlex Reseller Agreement, page-27

I must say this announcement was expected but the contents came out of left field for me. I didn't expect another reseller agreement. It's not exactly a direct customer however the guaranteed revenue provides forgiveness for seemingly no interest (at least commitment) in the end user space.

It does appear SYT are adopting the reseller model to attempt to accelerate growth.. They may not be specifically interested in managing small to medium enterprise contracts. Smart move?
