I don't understand why CLQ's share price hasn't reflected the surge in cobalt price over the last half year. The feasibility study is working on a price of USD 14 / lb and the spot price is 3 times that now. The share price is basically flat from 6 months ago and they have now raised the cash to start the mine early, it doesn't make sense to me.
