Things appear to be progressing in the contracts and this is a clear indication with critical personnel being appointed to ensure capabilities can be met during launch and execution.

The structure must be robust and this now looks like TV2U is in a reinforced position in regards to compliance, international business regulations and foreign monetary/tax laws.

An announcement regarding content is surely due soon and hopefully a revised schedule for launch. Then hopefully further ISP interest can resume, the process has dragged but refinement appears to be occurring and hopefully the company structure is stable leading into full operation.

Once launch actually occurs things need to be perfect.
