Ann: Retraction of Announcements, page-42

In light of the announcements being retracted... is a class action possible.. i feel conned. Not only was i hugely sold to by another share holder (not through HC) i did as much research as possible i bought in at the begining of January 18 so all those announcement weighed heavily on my decision to buy and then top up as the price started to fall to around 1.12.

Should have listened to my deepest inner gut - that as an android user i couldnt test the product so couldnt personally rate it. But i thought that was the announcement to come and take it to 1.80 or 2 as was the hype.

Silly me.
