"Tempo has a trust which allows it to satisfy awards via the purchase of shares on market"
Does this mean that the trust is buying on market now? is this where the support for the price is coming from? if so, should there be any disclosures to the market? How does this work? Can someone please explain.
I heard from my sources Guido will go from Deputy Chairman to Chairman this quarter, along with two new appointments to the board . Makes sense...
This fast becoming an infrastructure play for Guido given how the business has gone backward under the current chairman and recently sacked CEO.
I think the support for Guido will start to rally once he takes over as chairman
what does this mean? Appendix 3 B?
